Transitional Housing and Life Skills Management, 109th Ave Project organization provides safe, clean transitional housing in a faith based atmosphere. We’re a long/short term facility where program participants stay and work closely with advocates to gain housing stability, financial, emotional, independent living and life skills. We’re support for those who looking for a fresh start, and re-entry into society. All services are designed for Program Clients to become independent and self-sufficient in the lifelong journey of transition, re-entry, and re-emerging into society.
